Dear Parents on SMART Tuition,
We have encountered two unforeseen
problems because SMART has changed forms and merged with another company.
The 1st problem is your 1st payment to SMART will
be about $30.00 more than you are expecting.
The reason for this is that SMART has taken their total fee out of your 1st
payment, so be aware. However your
next 9 or 10 payments will be less.
The 2nd problem is we had already deducted the SMART fee before we gave them your total tuition amount so therefore the school will be shorted $38.00 that we now will have to collect from you some time during the school year.
The bottom line is at the
end of the year you should have paid your total tuition amount, for example,
1child- St. Charles Parishioner $2765.00. Please
for your own sake, keep track of how much you are paying SMART each month for
the length of your contract so that at the end of the year, with the missing
$38.00 (that you will pay the school) your total tuition will add up to the
amount on our tuition scale.
We are very sorry for the
confusion and the inconvenience that this has caused everyone.

Dear Students and Parents,
I hope your summer is going well. Mine is going too fast. Therefore, I want to take this time to remind you that Final Registration is just around the corner. It is:
Wednesday, August 8th 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.
and
6:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Any book fees or unpaid tuition should be paid then. If you are going to miss this date, please come by the office and pick up your packet before school starts - which is Thursday, August 16th at 8:00 a.m.
