WE HAD A GREAT TURN IN THIS WEEK OF ALMOST $3,000.00! 7th Grade won their 1st pizza party and the Kindergarten became the first class ever to win a 3rd pizza party and is more than ½ way to their 4th pizza party. Kindergarten won the weekly doughnut party. The whole school has earned the all school pizza party. To date we have sold $17,420.00 in tickets. We are only $2,080.00 away from the all school jeans day.
Everything we sell from here on out is profit. We only have 1 turn in left.
Please keep selling tickets. There are still a lot of individual, teacher & classroom rewards to win, not to mention, the seller of the winning ticket wins $500.00!

The third annual St. Charles Borromeo School Auction will take place on April 26, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. and you re invited! This years theme is "Boot Scoot and Bid" featuring a country and western setting and will include dinner, open bar including liquor, wine, and beer, and live and silent auctions. The money raised by this year's auction will be used to fund several school projects. We have several needs, and we are counting on your help to reach our goals. You won't want to miss this event so get out your jeans and boots and join us!
Reservations for the evening are now available for $40 per person. There are also several sponsorship levels available that include tickets plus your choice of table locations, express check-in and check-out, and recognition in the program and at the auction. Advertising opportunities are available and more information will be sent home soon. All reservations must be prepaid.
We are currently seeking donations for the live and silent auctions. We are accepting all types of items and services, and would deeply appreciate it if you would consider donating to this worthy cause. For every $50 you provide in auction items, you will gain one entry into the drawing for a $1500 tuition waiver. For example, bring in five $10 items, get one entry. Bring in a $500 item, get ten entries. The amount of entries you receive is based on the total dollars of your donations, so the more items and the higher values you bring in, the better your chances. Reservations are $40 per person.
If you are unable to attend the auction, you may make a cash donation. Any amounts will be accepted, and a donation at any of the levels above will receive recognition in the program and the stated size advertisement in the program.
